Amber: The eternal city, Order incarnate. Faylinn has chosen to dwell only rarely in the castle; she has a home in the edge of the forest, where the wild things are.

Avalon: A frequent haunt, in the company of her father or foster-brother Finn.

Cappadocia: Faylinn's place of birth.

Cimarron: The home Shadow of cousin Rebecca, and the place where Faylinn found Traveller.

Greymoor: A Golden Circle Shadow on the edge of things, and the place to which the younger generation of Amberites have been dispatched to conduct diplomatic negotiations - of one sort or another.
